As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of secured loan applications from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll liaise directly with customers to collect the required documentation, guiding them through each stage of the process. As a Case Manager, you will ensure all applications are accurately packaged in line with lender criteria and internal compliance standards, providing regular communication with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
