Healthcare Assistant
Location: Burnley, BB10
Pay Rate: £14.00- £17.50 per hour
Shifts: Part Time | Days and Nights| 12 hour shifts

Meet Our Client
We're seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated carers to provide 1:1 and 2:1 support for a gentleman living at home with Motor Neurone Disease.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in complex care, supporting a gentleman whose care routine includes tracheostomy and ventilator support.
Alongside this, you'll provide assistance with personal care, mobility, daily routines, and ensure his overall comfort, dignity, and safety at home.
Clear communication is essential in this role. You'll be working closely with both the client and a team of carers across different shifts, so strong communication skills help ensure smooth handovers, consistent care, and that any changes in the client's condition or needs are quickly recognised and shared.
You'll join a supportive, experienced team that will help you develop your confidence and expertise in complex care, providing the opportunity to enhance your skills and grow professionally.

What You'll Need
3 months' care experience
Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
Clear communication skills
