Part‑Time Receptionist – Lloyd BMW/MINI
Rate of Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: 21.5 hours per week – Monday & Tuesday 09:00 – 18:00, Wednesday 09:00 – 13:30
Role and Responsibilities
Working in a busy retail showroom environment, the Receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers face to face in the showroom, communicating with customers over the telephone and via email, and performing some administrative duties.
The successful candidate must be professional, friendly, sociable, customer focused, organised and IT literate. The applicant must also be immaculately presented and have exceptional customer service skills.
