The Role
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for:
Leading the hotel's training and development strategy
Delivering and coordinating training programmes
Managing onboarding and induction
Supporting managers with team development
Monitoring training performance and engagement
The Person
The successful Learning & Development Manager will have the following:
Previous L&D experience, ideally within hospitality
Experience delivering training across multiple levels
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and professionalism
A proactive approach and passion for developing people
