About the Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a friendly and professional football club training ground in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a high-performance sporting environment and takes pride in preparing fresh, nutritious meals that support athletes and staff.
The successful candidate will be passionate about food, organised in their approach, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
* Has a genuine interest in football and sport (you do not need to be a supporter of the club).
* Is friendly, approachable, and enjoys building positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
* Is highly organised and able to manage their section effectively.
* Remains calm and professional under pressure.
* Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
* Is a natural team player who contributes positively to the workplace culture.
* Takes pride in maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
* Ideally has their own transport and a full UK driving licence, as travel to the training ground may be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for players, staff, and visitors.
* Managing your designated kitchen section and ensuring smooth service.
* Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily operations.
* Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
* Assisting with menu preparation and dietary requirements where required.
* Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation.
* Contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.
