Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
eCommerce Executive

to join our dynamic eCommerce team (can be based on Manchester or Guernsey). This full-time, permanent role is crucial for ensuring our online campaigns and content are executed flawlessly, reaching our customers effectively. You'll play a key role in bringing our marketing and trading strategies to life on our website,
directly supporting the eCommerce Manager

by assisting in the day-to-day management of the CMS system and website platform. You'll work closely with various teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Site merchandising:

Manage product categories, collections and navigation, update homepage banners, landing pages and featured products.
- Execute Campaign Activity:

Be responsible for
delivering campaign activity across the sites

, directly supporting the execution of allbeauty and Fragrance Direct trading plans. Briefing the marketing team to implement exposure on email campaigns and other media activity.
- Implement Onsite & App Campaigns:

Schedule campaigns from start to finish across
site and app

(briefing creative assets, uploading digital assets, pricing, scheduling, and proofing), ensuring tactical activity and promotional offers are accurately launched.
- Coordinate Brand Presence:

Schedule and implement
brand pages onsite together with Gift With Purchase (GWP) promotions

as per the Brand Schedule, helping to ensure the brand playbook is followed.
- Support Promotional Offers:

Create voucher codes and distribute them to necessary teams from information requested forms, facilitating the implementation of rolling promotional programmes.
- QA & Testing

: QA promotions before and during launch, check links, layouts, product info and site responsiveness. Report bugs of broken experiences.
- Provide Performance Data:

Update reporting data and analyse results where necessary, contributing to the establishment of performance benchmarks and insights. Highlighting issues with top sellers, poor performers etc.
- Support Marketing Operations:

Undertake any other marketing and trading duties as and when required, helping to improve efficiency and ensure systems are used to their full advantage.

Essential Criteria:

* Basic understanding of
SEO, UX, and CRO.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms e.g. Ingenuity, shopify.
* Ability to
work to tight deadlines.
* Proven
attention to detail.
* Ability to
identify and resolve problems
