We're currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a busy team based in Gravesend.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: On-site (office based in a cabin)
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all site-related admin duties and phone enquiries
* Maintain accurate customer and employee records
* Use internal systems to log and track site transactions
* Monitor resource usage and admin costs
* Welcome and sign in visitors and contractors
* Act as a site keyholder
* Sort and file driver defect sheets
* Download driver tachograph readings
* Complete consignment notes for battery deliveries and update spreadsheet
* Coordinate with the Battery Purchaser before processing waste returns
* Run site waste returns and submit monthly email statements to key partners
This role is ideal for someone confident in a site-based environment, who is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied admin workload efficiently.
