SEN Teaching Assistant Hillingdon, West London £90 - £95 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications) Start date: ASAP The School and Role We are currently working with the largest SEN provision in the Hillingdon borough who are currently looking for 2 LSA's to join their KS5 pathway. This inclusive environment supports children and young people aged 7–19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, often combined with autism, communication challenges, and complex needs. As part of a highly experienced and nurturing team, you will play a vital role in helping students access the curriculum and develop life skills. The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN across a range of subjects and activities Implement structured learning programmes and individual education plans (IEPs) Use communication aids, sensory tools, and visual strategies to enhance engagement Support students with personal care, emotional regulation, and social interaction Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment As a SEN Teaching Assistant and part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
