Salary: £27,554 - £30,175 p.a.
Salary placement will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose
To deliver a professional and efficient frontline service resolving a variety of customer requests using our Pay-Report-Request methods, providing resolution at first point of contact whenever possible or escalating appropriately, leaving customers with a good impression of the Highland Council. To assist and support in the day-to-day operation of the Service Point. To ensure the Registration Service for Births, Stillbirths, Deaths, Marriages, and Civil Partnerships is delivered in accordance with the statutory directives from the Registrar General for Scotland.
