The Business Administration Apprentice will support the Employment PA in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of CG’s Chorley office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must possess a ‘can do’ attitude and will be proactive, reliable, and capable of multitasking in what can sometimes be a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
* assisting with general office duties such as photocopying, printing and scanning documents;
* handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring that post log is kept up to date;
* answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as needed;
* maintaining office supplies and ensure the office is tidy and well-organised;
* assisting with client onboarding and billing;
* assisting in arranging facilities for internal and external meetings and help in the preparation of materials for those meetings, if necessary;
* greet and assist visitors as and when called upon, ensuring they feel welcome;
* be an additional point of contact for the Chorley office to ensure the smooth running of office operations;
* assist in organising office events and activities;
* organising and maintaining general office documents, files and records;
* assisting in the preparation and distribution of documents and reports; and
* ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
