Role Overview:
As the Head of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing client strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth. You will lead a team of strategic minds, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and technology experts to deliver holistic and impactful CRM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities as a Head of Strategy:
* Develop and execute strategic CRM marketing plans that align with clients' business objectives.
* Lead and mentor a team of strategists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
* Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges, translating them into actionable strategies.
* Identify trends, insights, and opportunities within customer data to inform campaign direction.
* Collaborate with creative and technical teams to translate strategic vision into compelling campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make strategic adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Head of Strategy within the CRM marketing landscape, marketing agency experience is a must.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide the strategy team.
* In-depth knowledge of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and data-driven marketing.
* Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
* Previous marketing agency experience is preferred (network preferred), showcasing your ability to manage multiple client relationships.
* A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
The successful applicant will also be required to go into the Bristol office 2 days a week.
