About the Role
As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily operation of our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in delivering outstanding dishes and an unforgettable dining experience. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure the highest standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Head Chef with menu creation, planning, and development
2. Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
3. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellence
4. Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
5. Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
6. Step up and lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
What We’re Looking For
7. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience in a senior kitchen role
8. Strong leadership and communication skills
9. Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results
10. Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen managemen
