Responsibilities: Assist the HSE Director in the definition, development, maintenance and improvement of the Business Group level HSE system, documents and tools. Responsible for the implementation and quality of all site level HSE systems. Monitor, mentor, train and oversee the excellence of an in house HSE Advisor who undetakes the day-to-day HSE tasks Qualifications: University Degree equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree or greater in an Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental or Engineering discipline, or an equivalent technical related discipline such as Chemistry, Materials Science etc. Requires two or more years' management experience in a multi-site HSE role Must have working knowledge and experience in developing and managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 or similar management systems.
