The Sales Director is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to continue driving growth strategy. The main focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, enhancing sales operations, and building strong relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and products/services.
* Develop and implement strategies to reach new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored proposals.
* Pitch sales and products effectively to both new and existing clients.
* Attend conferences and industry events to network and stay updated on market trends.
* Create and work towards achieving sales forecasts.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in business development within manufacturing, ideally plastics.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A passion for sustainability.
* Ability to travel and spend at least three days a week out of the office.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
