Key Responsibilities: As HR Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the action, playing a pivotal role in keeping the people engine running smoothly. Take charge of onboarding and offboarding by setting the tone from day one. Own new starter contracts, compliance, and employee record-keeping. Monitor probation reviews and contractual changes. Support payroll processes ensuring everyone gets paid correctly and on time. Be the friendly first point of contact for HR queries via the team inbox. Provide hands-on support in employee relations (both temporary and permanent staff). Collaborate cross-functionally with a growing team that genuinely values your input. To Be Successful: We’re after someone energetic, organised, and eager to grow. A natural communicator who builds great relationships at all levels. A team player who enjoys pitching in and getting things done. Exceptionally organised with top-notch attention to detail. Able to prioritise when things get busy - because they will! Familiar with HRIS systems and understand GDPR. Open to seeing HR professionals earlier in their career with ambition and ready to level up. Passionate about learning and open to development, we’ll support you every step of the way. CIPD qualified or working towards, advantageous, but not necessary with the right experience.
