Key Elements of Your Role
* Ensure all guests receive a positive, warm, and professional first impression and are seated promptly
* Efficiently manage bookings to allocate tables evenly across all sections and stagger booking times
* Manage, train and lead the reception team
* Provide up-to‑date and accurate information on the restaurant, menu, specials, and all services offered
* Handle all payment methods correctly as required
About You
* 2+ years of experience in a comparable position
* Solution‑driven and able to work under pressure during peak service times
* Excited to wow guests with exceptional service
* Excellent English language skills
* Friendly, professional, charismatic, and flair for hospitality
