Key Responsibilities:
* Apply advanced engineering theories and principles to design, develop, and refine suspension systems.
* Lead research and development efforts focused on suspension devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Collaborate closely with powertrain engineering teams to develop industrialized products.
* Manage complex projects and engineering processes with minimal supervision.
* Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior engineers.
* Solve challenging and sometimes complex engineering problems with innovative solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in suspension engineering within the automotive sector.
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and dynamics.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior professionals.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced qualifications preferred.
