Key Responsibilities * Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. * Deliver actionable commercial insights to support strategic decision-making. * Maintain strong controls, governance, and compliance across all statutory, tax, and regulatory areas. * Drive process improvement and systems optimisation across finance and operations. * Partner with commercial leadership to align financial strategy with growth targets. * Identify and deliver cost efficiencies through process, data, and vendor management. * Lead and develop a team of finance and operations professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. * Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and key external partners. * Champion the use of technology to enhance efficiency and insight across business functions. About You We’re looking for a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment. You’ll bring both strategic vision and hands-on capability—balancing board-level influence with operational delivery. You’ll Bring: * Proven experience in a senior finance role (Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent) within a growth-focused SME or professional services environment. * Full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). * Strong P&L ownership and cash flow management experience. * A track record of driving efficiency, process improvement, and systems change. * Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner across functions. * Broad operational leadership experience across finance, IT, compliance, and business support. Desirable: * Experience within recruitment or professional services. * Knowledge of incentive design and commercial modelling. * Exposure to emerging technologies or tools that enhance financial performance.
