Our client is a fast-growing, international printing services provider, proudly serving customers across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Japan, and Spain. As they continue to expand globally, they are seeking a Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) to guide their people strategy and HR operations during this exciting phase of transformation.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Shape and execute a people strategy aligned with our global growth goals.
2. Partner with the executive team to scale culture, capability, and people operations across international teams.
3. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development to meet expansion demands.
4. Drive employee engagement and develop high-performance cultures across diverse geographies.
5. Ensure legal and cultural compliance across all regions including the UK, Europe, North America, and APAC.
6. Oversee HR processes, systems and policies that will scale as we grow.
7. Provide strategic support to managers on performance management, DEI, succession planning, and organisational design.
About You:
8. Proven experience as a CPO or senior HR leader in a scaling, international business.
9. Strong understanding of employment law across multiple territories (UK essential, others desirable).
10. Confident leading change, transformation, and developing global HR functions.
11. Commercial mindset - able to connect people strategies with business performance.
12. Strong communicator with the ability to influence at board level.
13. Experience in creative, tech, or B2B service sectors is a bonus.
14. Able to commit to a flexible fractional role, approximately 2-3 days per week.
