The firm has a strong reputation in the regional market and acts for a broad range of commercial clients including landlords, developers, investors and corporate occupiers. It is known for delivering commercially focused advice and maintaining long-standing client relationships. The Role You will join an experienced and collaborative team advising on a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters. The role will involve: Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases Lease renewals and regears Assignments, subletting and licences to alter Portfolio management work Supporting on acquisitions and disposals with a strong asset management focus Providing strategic, commercially minded advice to clients You will have responsibility for your own files while also working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
