About the role We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our high-performing sales team at FinCalc. If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example, this is your opportunity to shape the future of wealthtech sales. As Head of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in achieving FinCalc’s revenue goals as part of the senior leadership team. You’ll lead and manage the Sales team, design and implement multi-channel sales strategies, and ensure exceptional performance across the board, both individually and at team level. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, maximising potential and ensuring targets are achieved. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and escalate underperformance where needed. Design and execute a multi-channel sales strategy - including direct, indirect, partnerships, and social media. Lead by example by driving both individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed set targets. About You A respected professional with 5 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B software sales or sales to the financial advice sector. A strategic thinker who thrives on identifying opportunities, solving problems, and making a measurable impact. An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Someone with a can-do mentality, eager to collaborate with a dynamic team. Ideally, experience in the UK wealthtech space.
