This is a contract role for 3 to 6 months, supporting hiring delivery across key business areas at Mavenir.

Role Overview
As a Talent Sourcer at Mavenir, you will support hiring across key business areas by identifying and engaging potential candidates and building well-considered talent pipelines. This role focuses on thoughtful sourcing, clear communication, and maintaining a positive experience for candidates from first contact.
You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and apply a range of sourcing approaches to connect with relevant talent.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and engage candidates across EMEA using a variety of sourcing methods (search, social platforms, research, networking)
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
* Write clear, tailored outreach messages that reflect Mavenir’s values and opportunities
* Conduct initial screening conversations to assess alignment with role requirements
* Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activity
* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and priorities
* Share insights on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research with a focus on EMEA hiring.
* Strong research skills with the ability to identify and engage relevant candidates
* Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social platforms
* Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
* A structured, organised approach to managing work over a defined contract period
* Ability to adapt as hiring priorities evolve while maintaining consistency in delivery
