This is a permanent opportunity within a globally respected aerospace organisation designing and manufacturing high-precision sensors for gas turbine and airframe applications.
What you will do:
* Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure consistent, efficient output
* Drive process efficiency, repeatability, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams
* Develop, optimise, and standardise manufacturing processes
* Design and implement tooling and fixtures to improve assembly and manufacture
* Reduce scrap, rework, and non-conformances through structured problem solving
* Support both existing products and new product introductions (NPI)
* Ensure compliance within a highly regulated AS9100 aerospace environment
* You’ll also contribute to capital investment cases, PFMEAs, cost estimates, and the introduction of new technology to improve quality and productivity.
