What You’ll Be Doing
* Product Vision & Strategy – Define and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with customer needs, business goals, and the wider organizational strategy. Own, evolve and share the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects strategic priorities, market trends, and user feedback.
* Product Planning & Backlog Management – Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, continuously refining the backlog based on data, insights, and stakeholder input. Prioritise features and enhancements using evidence-based frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW), balancing short-term delivery with long-term value.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Facilitate cross-squad and cross-tribe collaboration to deliver integrated solutions and resolve dependencies. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and championing a user-centric and data-informed approach to product development.
* Delivery Excellence & Squad Leadership – Lead a multi-disciplinary squad, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, learning and high performance. Ensure delivery meets agreed quality standards, timelines, and business outcomes, using agile methodologies and lean principles.
* Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, conversion) to measure success and inform future iterations. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses, inform prioritization, and drive continuous product improvement, staying ahead of industry trends.
What Skills You’ll Need
* Strong experience managing digital products in eCommerce environments, with a deep understanding of customer journeys, specifically within digital sales.
* Proven ability to interpret different sources of data, identifying friction points to improve engagement.
* Expert in translating metrics to define product strategies that balance customer needs with business goals.
* Advanced proficiency in agile methodologies and sprint planning.
* Strong collaborator and communicator, experienced in working across teams to deliver joined-up digital experiences and aligned roadmaps.
* Familiar with eCommerce platforms and CMS systems, with a solid understanding of APIs and platform architecture to assess feasibility and manage technical dependencies.
