£12.21 per hour | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

Role Overview
As a Compound Operative, you will be responsible for the safe movement, organisation, and basic checking of vehicles within a secure compound environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Moving vehicles safely around the compound
* Parking vehicles accurately in designated areas
* Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting damage
* Updating vehicle locations using handheld devices or paperwork
* Maintaining site cleanliness and health & safety standards
* Supporting general yard and vehicle logistics operations
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Confident driving manual and automatic vehicles
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday
* £12.21 per hour
* 8:00am to 5:00pm
* 12-week temp to perm opportunity
