You will play a key role in supporting customers who rely on our clients specialist equipment used across the UK. Job Role You will coordinate and organise the repair, servicing and upgrade of a wide range of technical products Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication between customers, couriers and internal teams, via calls, emails, texts and any other form of correspondence Acting as the first point of contact for customers requiring equipment servicing or repair Tracking, updating and maintaining customer equipment through the service/repair process Keeping accurate records across customer, manufacturing and accounting systems Operating standard office equipment and maintaining proper care of materials Developing product knowledge across all equipment and services Requirements The successful Customer Care Coordinator will ideally have experience in a Customer Service or Customer Care role or Administration and be able to demonstrate the following skills or experience: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Clear and effective written communication. with a friendly, confident and professional telephone manner Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Flexibi...
