Join us as a Rent and Income Services Administrator at Thirteen Group!



Role Overview:

Thirteen Group is pleased to be able to provide a secondment in the Rent & Income Services Hub as a Rent and Income Services Administrator. This opportunity is for three days per week, working 22.2 hours until end of September 2025, with the potential to extend after this.

You’ll support the delivery of an outstanding rent and income administration service, working within our Rent and Income Services Hub, as well as with the wider business and our customers.

This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week on a Thursday at Hudson Quay for team time. You’ll also be expected to attend in-person meetings and training as required.

Key Responsibilities:

* As our first point of contact, you’ll respond to queries directed to our rent and income hub, providing a fantastic and timely service to internal teams and our customers
* Ensure rents, service charges and miscellaneous charges are recorded through the rent accounting database
* Assist with accurately reconciling and posting payments and adjustments, working within timescales and targets
* Process direct debits and amendments, rent increase notifications, as well as rent and service charge statements and schedule production
* Assist with property database maintenance and process all tenancy and property amendments, including terminations and lettings. You’ll ensure all tenancy, stock and rent accounting changes are accurate and reconciled



About You:

* An ambition to be part of our rent & income service team, so you'll be prepared to learn on the job
* Positive attitude, a numerical aptitude, and confident using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Excel and Orchard Housing
* Great attention to detail and fantastic interpersonal skills
* A high level of accuracy when working at pace to tight timescales and deadlines
