Join to apply for the Operations Training Manager role at International Airlines Group (IAG). This position is based in London, England, United Kingdom.
As part of the IAG Cargo London Operations Team, you will support the Operations Leadership Team by ensuring that new and existing colleagues receive appropriate training and are developed to their full potential.
What You’ll Do
* Effectively manage operational training, including new starter, recency, and refresher programs across all London operations.
* Line‑manage approximately 30 Operations Trainers, maintaining consistent delivery standards.
* Track, report and monitor all training metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure training quality, compliance and adherence to timelines.
* Serve as the key interface between IAG Cargo Learning & Development, Manpower Planning and Operations management.
* Own training footprints and identify trends to quickly implement best practices.
* Evaluate trainer performance and ensure all training meets required standards.
* Collaborate closely with operational areas to identify and evolve training needs.
* Plan and deliver training in line with business change.
* Show evidence of incorporating external best practice into London Operations training delivery.
