SEN Teacher Vacancy - Wallington Are you a qualified SEN Teacher looking for a fulfilling role in Wallington? Teach pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, speech and language needs or complex learning profiles. Create a consistent classroom routine that supports emotional regulation and positive behaviour. Work closely with teaching assistants to provide joined-up support throughout the school day. Adapt resources, activities and communication methods to suit each learner. Encourage independence, resilience, social interaction and confidence. Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, families and wider professionals where needed. What We're Looking For We are looking for an SEN Teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status, QTS. Has experience teaching children or young people with special educational needs. Has worked within primary, secondary or post-16 education. Can build positive relationships with pupils who may have barriers to learning. Is confident delivering lessons to learners working at different levels. Uses a calm, patient and consistent approach to behaviour support. Can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Is passionate about inclusive education and helping every pupil succeed.
