Job Title: Supply Teacher
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Teacher to join our team in Levenshulme, Greater Manchester, North West England. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for covering a range of classes in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This is a full-time contract position with a daily rate ranging from £130 to £150 per day.
Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across various subjects and age groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create your own when necessary.
* Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and school staff.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational goals of the school.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teaching styles.
* Good classroom management skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
Experience:
Previous experience in a teaching role is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the UK national curriculum.
* Effective lesson planning and delivery skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in specific subject areas.
* Experience working with diverse student populations.
Working Conditions:
You will be working full-time hours as a Supply Teacher in a school setting. The role may involve covering different subjects and age groups based on the school's needs. The working environment can vary from classroom to classroom, and flexibility is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
