CRM Executive, Linzi Shoes
Location: Harold Hill Romford / Office Based
Linzi Shoes is looking for a hands-on CRM Executive to manage our email, website, and loyalty programmes using Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and Loyalty Lion. You’ll drive engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value, working closely with the marketing team to deliver seamless, on-brand customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute email, website, and loyalty campaigns based on business priorities.
* Build, manage, and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, VIP) in Klaviyo.
* Segment and analyse the customer database to deliver personalised campaigns that increase retention and AOV.
* Manage LoyaltyLion campaigns to reward and retain loyal customers.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging, promotions, and timing.
* Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
About You:
* 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, email, or e-commerce marketing, ideally in fashion, retail, or lifestyle.
* Hands-on with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and LoyaltyLion.
* Strong copywriting and campaign management skills with an eye for brand consistency.
* Data-driven and confident in analysing and optimising campaigns.
* Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative.
Qualifications
* Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and insight generation to improve customer experiences and campaigns.
* Strong Communication skills to foster effective collaboration across teams and maintain customer engagement.
* Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with the ability to manage CRM tools and drive customer-centric strategies.
* Sales expertise to develop and execute initiatives that contribute to revenue growth through customer loyalty and retention.
* Project Management skills to oversee the execution of CRM-related campaigns and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
* Familiarity with the retail industry or footwear market is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
