They benefit from a solid team of talented Solicitors who are eminent within their profession. They are expanding and seeking to develop their team further by adding Criminal Duty Solicitors, preferably with LAA Crime Category Supervisor status, to supervise, manage, and lead a team.
The successful candidate will manage a heavy caseload of serious offences and proactively lead and manage a team of dedicated lawyers. They must be robust, tenacious, and committed to criminal defence work, willing to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends, and be dedicated to achieving justice. The role requires balancing various demands and being part of the out-of-hours rota.
