About You
You will have prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally within Wills and Estate Administration. Youre proactive, professional, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
About The Role
This position offers the chance to work within a dynamic and friendly Private Client team, supporting experienced fee earners on a broad range of estate and probate matters. You will play a key role in the smooth running of client files, ensuring exceptional client care and efficient matter progression.
Responsibilities
* Managing new client enquiries and organising initial meetings
* Handling compliance tasks and assisting with the closure of completed matters
* Supporting fee earners with the administration of a busy caseload
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties, updating them on matter progress
* Drafting legal documents and routine correspondence
* Maintaining and updating the case management system
