A client of ours in the Great Dunmow area is looking to recruit a Payroll and Finance Admin to join their growing finance team. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, offering a salary of up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Payroll and Finance Admin role will include:
Assisting with payroll processing for approximately 130 employees
Supporting with pension enrolments, statutory payments, and HMRC submissions
Managing employee records including starters and leavers
Processing purchase and sales invoices, staff expenses, and payments
Reconciling bank transactions and maintaining control accountsTo be considered for this role, you'll need:
Experience in payroll and general finance administration
Working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts (Sage Payroll a bonus)
Confident Excel and bookkeeping skills
