Roving Team, Western General Hospital
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Roving Team at WGH, for a dynamic Occupational Therapist. Flexibility and experience in managing an acute caseload is essential combined with developing leadership skills.
The small, well established Roving Team provide highly valued support to all specialist Occupational Therapy teams across the acute site to enable timely response to referrals and enhance flow across the site.
The post holder will have excellent communication skills alongside highly specialist assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
Therapy Services support staff development through appraisal process, supervision and CPD opportunities.
There will be a commitment to weekend working in the Occupational Therapy team at WGH.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
