Associate Channel Marketing Manager EMEA
We are seeking a results-driven Associate Channel Marketing Manager EMEA to support the development and execution of channel marketing strategies across the region.
Responsibilities
Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Support the execution of EMEA channel marketing plans aligned with regional revenue goals.
* Localize and activate global campaigns for EMEA markets.
* Assist in building joint marketing plans with key channel partners.
* Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) processes and reporting.
* Coordinate campaign execution including email, digital, webinars, and in-person events.
Partner Engagement & Enablement
* Collaborate with channel sales managers to identify growth opportunities.
* Develop partner-facing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box programs.
* Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for new partners.
* Ensure partners are equipped with messaging, assets, and demand-generation tools.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
* Drive co‑marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads.
* Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
* Monitor KPIs including pipeline contribution, ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with global marketing teams to align messaging and branding.
* Coordinate with field marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing teams.
* Liaise with external vendors and agencies when required.
Required
* 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing.
* Experience working across EMEA markets.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred
* Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
* Understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, distributors, system integrators).
* Experience managing MDF budgets.
