Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator/HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative functions, supporting human resources processes, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in administrative support and HR to contribute to organisational efficiency and growth.
Job responsibilities
* Support the day to day running of the practice and management of staff and patients
* Work across departments covering where needed.
* Oversee and maintain the HR and online training portals ensuring mandatory training and HR compliance is complete.
* Coordinate recruitment activities.
* Organise risk assessments, compliance checks, maintenance work, run audits and other tasks as needed for day to day running.
* Manage correspondence and communication with internal teams and external partners through various channels.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes and distribute key information to staff and patients.
* Manage complaints from patients, conducting investigations and responding appropriately.
* Maintain accurate records of employee information, training schedules, and performance reviews.
* As well as any and all admin/HR/support required as deemed appropriate.
* Support the nursing team organising clinics, health initiatives, ordering stock as needed.
Person Specification

* Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
Qualifications
Essential
* GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
