Italian-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Italian-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team. This remote UK-based role will focus on managing and optimising paid media campaigns targeting Italian-speaking audiences across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, performance-focused, and experienced in delivering measurable growth through PPC and paid social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across:
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* LinkedIn Ads
* YouTube
* Programmatic advertising platforms
* Manage campaign budgets and performance against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
* Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for Italian-speaking markets
* Write and localise ad copy in Italian and English
* Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports
* Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
* Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
* Ensure campaigns align with brand and compliance standards
Requirements
* Fluent/native Italian and professional English proficiency
* 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
* Strong hands-on experience with:
* Google Ads
* Google Analytics (GA4)
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Tag Manager
* Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
* Strong analytical, reporting, and optimisation skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Agency experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Google Ads Certifications
* Experience targeting EMEA or Italian markets
* Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution modelling
* Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools

Salary
£40,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
