Our client is a leading retail manufacturing company based within Central London who are looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.
Job Description
The main responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role will be:
* Manage and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records and files related to accounts payable.
* Provide support to the wider finance team as required.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
* 2 years+ of experience working in Accounts Payable.
* High attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills, including experience with SAP.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
