* You would be working with a well-established national New Homes organisation.
* You will be managing the day-to-day sales function across developments.
* As a Development Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact through to the sale of the property and will be responsible for managing the customer journey for potential and actual customers.
* You will conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and take full ownership of the site.
* You will also manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets, while seeking future career growth.
* You'll report regularly to the Sales Manager.
* Previous New Home Sales experience is preferred for this role.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Must be able to work weekends.
* You will cover different sites around the South Coast, including Farnham, Frimley, Wokingham, and Bordon. Must be willing to travel to these locations.
