The Business Development Manager will be required to integrate best practices and learnings from the broader ecosystem. You will work closely with the legal support teams at HQ INDIA to ensure the company can deliver time-bound proposals and briefs on clients' legal requirements.


Main Responsibilities:

1. Deliver on Business Development Goals: For Legal Services in the designated territory/geography, including planning, building, and executing a strategic and business plan with a multi-year outlook to create a substantial and consistent revenue stream.
2. Client Servicing and Relationship Management: Maintain day-to-day client interactions, ensure client expectations are met as per SLA’s, and identify upsell opportunities.
3. Revenue and Market Share Objectives: Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability, and market share, maintaining a steady growth rhythm for the ad revenue engine.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Provide actionable insights on ad performance using analytics tools and manage internal team reporting on various metrics.


Role in Business Process:

1. Results: Achieve sales targets annually, contribute to the growth of legal services, manage client relationships, prospect new clients, and ensure repeat business.
2. Position Scope: Responsible for strategic sales targets critical to the company's long-term success, focusing on building a strong, steady revenue stream across markets.
3. Decision Making: Support marketing and sales efforts per account, allocate investments, and utilize resources effectively, impacting overall performance and revenue.
4. Strategy and Development: Provide market insights and monitor competitors to adapt strategies, ensuring alignment with emerging trends.
5. People Management: Will be supported by an operations & administration executive for backend support, reporting directly to the role.


The Ideal Candidate:

* 8–10 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the legal sector.
* Bachelor’s Degree is essential; Master’s Degree preferred.
* Strong knowledge of business development, sales, client servicing, and relationship management.
* Fluency in Hindi OR Gujarati OR Punjabi.

* Languages: Gujarati – Advanced, Hindi – Advanced
* Employment: Full-time
* Salary: £46,000 – £50,000 yearly
* Benefits: Bonus 15%
* Starting Time: Immediate start
