The person will support the team across numerous creative technology and enterprise clients, while also developing their skills along the way. What you’ll do
* Work across a portfolio of exciting global clients, supporting the wider Grammatik team across all activities
* Provide admin support at client meetings including agenda, note‑taking and actions
* Support social media campaigns with an aim to drive continual growth
* Help to achieve success on numerous PR campaigns
* Work to develop strong relationships with both clients and the media
* Report monthly on client activities via in‑depth analysis
* Create compelling, engaging content that positions clients as leaders in their field
Who you are
* A graduate or assistant level marketer or PR professional
* A passion for technology, AI, film, games and how creative media comes to life
* Interest in AI tools to help enhance workflows and improve agency activities
* Time management whizz, able to work on multiple activities with varied teams
* An excellent writer with impeccable communication skills – written and verbal
* Someone with an understanding of social media and how to best leverage channels for success
* Passionate about marketing and capable of producing pitches, press releases, blog entries, feature articles, case studies and more
* A can‑do attitude; knowing that no job is too big or too small
Nice to have
* Experience of social media scheduling tools like
* Wordpress knowledge
* Knowledge of AI platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini – prompting skills with ‘always on’ curation and human oversight
* Basic graphic/illustration skills or knowledge of tools like Canva
* Google AdWords basic knowledge
* Basic knowledge of SEO
* Work from home
