European Sales Manager – AI/HPC Data Centre Infrastructure
This is a rare European sales leadership hire in the fast-moving AI/HPC data-centre infrastructure market.
We’re partnering with a global business whose high-density liquid cooling and intelligent power solutions are being deployed to support the next generation of AI and high-density compute environments across Europe.
With significant investment behind their 2026 expansion plans, they are now hiring the person who will own European field-sales revenue and help to grow the commercial team build out.
This role reports directly into the VP Sales EMEA and sits at the centre of the company’s growth strategy, with a primary focus on Neocloud players and colocation providers.
This role will resonate if you have already:
* Led multi-country sales teams across Europe and owned the whole field sales revenue.
* Sold complex cooling, thermal or power infrastructure into data-centre environments, with a strong understanding of the Neocloud, colocation and enterprise landscape in Europe
* Worked closely with engineering and product teams on technically demanding solutions
* Built sales structure, cadence and performance in fast-growing or imperfect environments
* Operated comfortably with autonomy, ownership and senior visibility
The commercial mission.
You will lead the European field-sales organisation, covering the UK, France, Germany, the Nordics, Italy and Spain. Your focus will be driving growth across:
* High-density liquid cooling (HDLC)
* Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs)
* Rear-door heat exchangers (RDHx)
* Intelligent PDUs and related white-space infrastructure
These are new, next-generation solutions, developed in close collaboration with hyperscale data-centre teams and GPU chip manufacturers, engineered at the leading edge of what is technically possible to support the power density, thermal and deployment demands of AI/HPC workloads.
Target customers include Neocloud players, colocation providers and enterprise data-centre operators, where AI-driven compute is rapidly increasing cooling and power complexity.
