Pertemps is recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a busy public sector organisation based in Cardiff. You’ll play a key role within the Customer Hub Team, responding to a range of customer enquiries, processing licence and permit applications, and ensuring accurate information is captured across internal systems.
