Role Overview We’re looking for a bold, results-driven Client Director to join our team and take the lead in managing high-value relationships with Arc Systems' most strategic clients. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, delivering exceptional value, and forging long-lasting partnerships that drive success. Key Responsibilities Own and nurture key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for a select portfolio of strategic accounts, driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success. Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align Arc Systems' innovative solutions with customers' unique business challenges. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts; maximising potential through upselling and cross-selling our industry-leading services. Work collaboratively with technical, service delivery, and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of IT solutions that exceed client expectations. Be the advisor, providing strategic guidance on technology adoption and digital transformation to help clients stay ahead of the curve. Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts, ensuring every engagement is commercially successful for both Arc Systems and our clients. Proactively monitor client health, addressing potential risks and ensuring strong, long-term partnerships and high retention rates. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, positioning Arc Systems as an industry leader. Report on key account performance, business outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership. Skills & Experience • Proven track record in senior account management, Client Director, or strategic relationship roles within the IT, MSP, or technology sector; delivering real impact. • Deep expertise in managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, with the ability to translate technology into business value. • A strong history of success; managing, growing, and maximising strategic client accounts. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive results. • Influential at all levels, with experience engaging key decision-makers and C-suite executives. • Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in contract negotiation and revenue growth strategies. • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a sharp problem-solving mindset and a passion for overcoming challenges. • Bonus points for knowledge of ITIL, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), or cybersecurity frameworks, giving you an added edge in the field.
