We're working with a leading Professional Services organisation based in Cardiff who are seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as a Senior People Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with managers and employees to deliver effective HR solutions and drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR guidance and support to a dedicated client group.
* Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Advise on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals.
* Support long-term absence and capability cases.
* Advise on family leave entitlements and processes.
* Review and update policies and procedures.
* Collaborate on cyclical activities such as appraisals and salary reviews.
About You
* Strong understanding of UK employment law.
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred.
* Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Confident using HR systems and managing end-to-end processes.
