HEAD OF MARKETING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - UK Non-Food Division – FMCG

Responsibilities
* Lead all elements of brand marketing, product innovation and development for the UK non-food bakeware and kitchen division, including directing NPD/EPD from concept to launch with global suppliers.
* Directly source with global suppliers and manage partnerships to deliver on-market products.
* Support and lead the marketing team; manage the marketing mix, brand communications, consumer research & insights, and communications through trade press and exhibitions.
* Launch the yearly product catalogue and drive effective digital/social media activations.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Director to combine strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution to move initiatives quickly and creatively.
About You / Qualifications
* Accelerated career in brand marketing within branded consumer goods with experience across all elements of the marketing mix.
* Proven track record in strategic, insight-led product innovation from concept to launch and consumer/trade led brand communications that drive sales.
* Understanding of modern social media strategy and activations; experience working with external agencies.
* Experience directly managing NPD/EPD product innovations with global suppliers up to UK trade launch is advantageous.
* Consumer insight led mindset, high creativity, high standards, energetic; proven ability to manage a team to achieve results.
