Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced RPA Architect / Application Architect – Application Automation to design and deliver enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in RPA architecture, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure integrations, automation governance, and scalable enterprise solution design.
The candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end automation architecture, integrating business applications and services, ensuring security and compliance standards, and enabling scalable automation frameworks across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement end-to-end intelligent automation solutions using RPA and Power Platform technologies.
* Define enterprise automation architecture, integration approaches, and reusable automation frameworks.
* Lead solution architecture for Power Automate, Desktop Flows, and broader Microsoft Power Platform implementations.
* Develop scalable and secure automation solutions integrated with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
* Architect integration patterns across APIs, Azure services, databases, legacy systems, and third-party applications.
* Establish automation governance standards, security controls, and best practices.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and enterprise architects.
* Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution validation.
* Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise scalability, compliance, and operational requirements.
* Support deployment planning, environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and operational monitoring.
* Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership on automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
* Strong experience as an RPA Architect or Application Architect in enterprise automation projects.
* Hands-on expertise with:
* Microsoft Power Platform
* Power Automate
* Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
* Microsoft Azure
* Strong understanding of:
* Enterprise integration patterns
* API integrations
* Automation governance frameworks
* Security and compliance architecture
* Scalable cloud-native solution design
* Experience designing enterprise-grade automation architectures.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Power Apps and AI-driven automation capabilities.
* Exposure to Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
* Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD implementation for automation platforms.
* Financial services or regulated industry experience is advantageous.
