Job Title: Junior Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Lincolnshire, supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects across the business.
Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will help coordinate projects that sit at the intersection of business change and technology, including system implementations and integrations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives.
Due to the nature of the role and occasional travel between sites, a full UK driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of digital transformation and technology projects
2. Work alongside the Programme Manager to coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers
