What youll be doing Youll be supporting and running smaller projects, while helping keep larger ones on track. A big part of the role is making sure nothing slips timelines, actions, risks, communication. Youll be the person who knows whats going on and makes sure everyone else does too. That means: Keeping project plans updated and moving forward Following up with stakeholders and making sure actions get done Tracking risks, issues and dependencies Coordinating across different teams, including external partners Supporting with reporting, budgets and general project organisation Youll get exposure to a lot, quite quickly. What theyre looking for This would suit someone who: Has around 23 years experience in a project, PMO or coordination role Has worked on digital, tech or transformation projects Is organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple things at once Is confident communicating with different people across a business Has some understanding of Agile, Scrum or similar ways of working You dont need to be fully formed as a Project Manager yet the important thing is attitude and willingness to learn.
